The Angel’s Rainbow and The Unity for Which He Prayed

In January and February of 2014, a video message was made from Pope Francis in which he called for unity between Protestants and Catholics. It was delivered by Anthony Palmer, a bishop and international ecumenical officer with the independent Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches, to a Ministers conference led by Kenneth Copeland Ministries, leader of the Word of Faith movement.

Palmer declared, “Diversity is divine; it’s division that is diabolic.”

He also said, “In the Protestant church there are a lot of cheap salvations.”

He asked, “If there is no protest, how can there be a protestant church?” He went on to say that we are living in a post-Protestant era.

He stressed that no doctrine should stand in the way of unity and said that God will sort out all of our doctrines when we “get upstairs.”

In 1999, the Lutheran Church signed a joint declaration with the Catholic Church.

About five years later the Methodist Church signed the joint declaration with the Catholic Church.

Now, fifteen years later, the Pope and Tony Palmer are declaring the protest begun by Luther is over, and, they are making direct appeals for the Pentecostals and Seventh-day Adventists to join the Lutheran and Methodist churches in signing the joint declaration. The Angel’s Rainbow & the Unity For Which He Prayed  makes an urgent appeal to all Christians. For a free download of our book, click on the link below:
