Arts and Craft Vendors

White Oak Lavender Farm welcomes all vendors, artists, and makers to register for our events.  We strive to create a diverse shopping experience for all of our guests while providing a family friendly atomosphere.  The application does not ensure acceptance to the event.  You will be notified when accepted.  

Payment confirms your aggreement to the vendor contract terms.  

• Payment reserves contracted vendor space at White Oak Lavender Farm only.  Refunds may be given if White Oak Lavender must cancel due to safety concerns.
• No representation has been made to the vendor as to the number of visitors or other vendors that will actually attend the event.  
• No electricity is available.
• Restrooms are available.
• These are outdoor events with uneven ground.
• Rain or shine - no refunds or subleasing spaces.
• Vendors are requested to "Like" and "Share" Facebook posts promoting the event.  Join our Facebook and Instragram community.  
• Set up may begin at designated times before the event as cummunicated by White Oak Lavender Farm.  All vehicles must be out of the event area 30 min prior to the start of the event.  
• Unloading will be available on the farm, however, there may be some distance across uneven ground to vendor spaces. 
• You will be directed to parking upon completion of unloading your vehicle. 
• Vendors may breakdown after 4 pm.  
• White Oak Lavender Farm is not responsible for any loss of property.
• Provision of vendor's website address and/or FB or instagram account names gives White Oak Lavender Farm permission to reference or link vendor's website or FB or Instagram accounts in promotional posts relating to the event.
• White Oak Lavender Farm reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or to ask any person to remove themselves and any property from the premises at any time.  
• Any persons with known allergies to bee stings should ensure they have on their person medication necessary to respond to allergic symptoms and should make White Oak Lavender Farm aware of any such potential allergies.  
• There is no smoking in the vendor area or on the farm.
