Application Fee | $20 | Non-refundable | Non-refundable application fee and due at time of vendor application submission. |
Vendor Booth Space | $150 | Non-refundable | All vendor fees are non-refundable after official approval and payment. Vendor booth cancellation after official approval / all fees charged or failure to check in, set up, and operate for the specified duration of the event will result in a 100% loss of all vendor fees paid and will incur a $250 Non-Compliance / Damage charge at time of occurrence. Should applicant’s credit card charge for vendor fees be declined at time of acceptance, vendor will be DENIED participation and the declined charge WILL RESULT in vendor non-acceptance. |
VENDOR NON-COMPLIANCE / DAMAGE FEE | $250 | Non-refundable | In the event of any damage to vendor’s assigned space, surrounding area, or CITY infrastructure, or failure to comply with all Rules & Regulations will result in vendor being charged a $250 Non-Compliance / Damage Fee at time of occurrence. |
Late Fee | $100 | Non-refundable | A late fee will be assessed to vendors who applied to participate after the August 26 deadline, and ability to participate will be determined on a space-available basis. |
